General

Kahuna is an Australian-owned and operated business since 2005! We are located at 41-45 Mills Road Braeside VIC 3195.

Yes! We invite all customers to visit our showroom located at 41-45 Mills Road Braeside VIC 3195. Free parking is also available for all shoppers.

We welcome all customers to shop in-store and see our trampolines, ride on cars, paddle boards and other play equipment before purchasing. Please note that not all sizes and models are available to view at our showroom.

My Account

You can sign up for an account by clicking ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page (on desktop) or by opening the menu on the top left corner (on mobile).

You don’t need an account to shop at Kahuna! You can browse or shop online as you normally would and check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account so you can easily track your orders and enjoy smoother checkout for your future transactions.

To set or change your shipping address: 

  1. Navigate to your Account page
  2. Click or tap on ‘Address Book’. 
  3. Edit, change or add your address. 
  1. From your cart page, click or tap on ‘Checkout’. This will direct you to the checkout page. 
  2. Go through the checkout process and fill in your details.
  3. Once your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email.

Payments

You can pay for your orders online through our secure and easy checkout process. Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 456 283 during office hours to place your order over the phone.

We accept credit cards, PayPal and Buy Now Pay Later options. For more information, please visit our Payments & Delivery page.

Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours from when we receive your payment.

We send all shipments through Australia Post or by road freight courier services, which deliver to most of Australia. However, we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for every area, especially for bulky items (such as trampolines). In some cases, you may be required to pick up your order from the nearest freight depot. Please contact us if you live in a regional location.

Delivery usually takes between one and five days, although longer delivery times can be expected for regional locations.

Delivery fees will vary depending on your location and whether we offer free shipping for the product/s you’ve chosen. You can check the shipping cost for your order by viewing your cart. The shipping cost will be displayed once you input your postcode.

You can track your order using our Delivery Tracking page.

Yes. All items are available for pickup or click and collect from our warehouse. If you selected ‘pickup’ at checkout, please wait for our SMS or email to confirm that your order is ready for collection.

Product Support

In addition to the manual that came with your order, you can also download our instruction manuals online. Simply click or tap on the product category (ex. trampolines, ride on cars, etc.) on the top part of this page, and look for ‘Assembly Videos & Instruction Manuals.’ 

All products for domestic use come with a 12-month warranty, which entitles you to a replacement or refund in case of defects or failure. 

Unfortunately, the warranty does not apply to: 

  • general wear and tear to pole protectors
  • general wear and tear to the jump mat
  • carry and storage bags and straps supplied as an accessory to the main product
  • free gifts or bonus items supplied with the main product
  • defects caused by misuse, neglect or improper repair and maintenance 
  • items sold as ex-demo or used unless otherwise stated in the advertisement at the time of sale
  • cuts and scratches such as those caused by opening the packaging with blades or knives
  • damage caused when assembling or adjusting the product
  • damage caused by dismantling or modifications carried out to the product 
  • damage caused by exposing products to the elements where the product advertisement does not specifically state that the product is weatherised or can be left outdoors 
  • improper storage or neglect to properly prepare the item for storage

We may require that you send photos of or return the damaged item or parts. Please do not return products to us without our approval.

Products that arrive with existing defects or missing parts are covered under the standard warranty. Damages must be reported to us via email within seven (7) days of delivery. 

The Australian Consumer Law provides consumer guarantees separate from this warranty. These consumer guarantees may vary depending on the price and quality of the product and may extend past the supplier’s warranty.

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us through sales@kahuna.com.au or 1300 456 283 within 30 days of the date noted on your invoice. 

We will notify you once your replacement or refund has been processed. Please note that a refund or replacement will not be issued if the product is found to have been misused or improperly handled by the customer. Customers are responsible for following the manufacturer’s instructions on labels and product manuals.
